Shipping policy


Skin penetration products will not ship without meeting the below verification requirements.

Products that require verification include, but are not limited to:
- Tattoo Needles
- Tattoo Needle Cartridges
- Tattoo Inks or Pigments
- Tattoo Stencilling Products

Products that do not require verification to ship are:
- Metrix Hydra
- Metrix Wrap
- Metrix Painless
- T-Shirts
- Banners
- Bags
- Keychains


TATTOO PROFESSIONALS ONLY

We verify all new customer accounts before shipping their first order of tattooing products to maintain public health and safety as well as the integrity of the tattoo industry.

We look to confirm new customers as one of the following :

- Professional Tattoo Artists/Tattooers
- Apprentice Tattooers with a Professional Studio
- Tattoo Studio Owners/Managers/Assistants
- Cultural Tattoo Practitioners (eg. Tā Moko, Tatau)
- Qualified Cosmetic Make Up & PMU Practitioners

The easiest and fastest method is to include a studio name in the shipping address at checkout, or add a note in the cart with other information such as links to your social media/website, your studio's social media/website which show you work there, or any other information that would assist in verification.

Orders paid electronically that are cancelled and refunded due to a new customer's inability to be verified as a professional tattoo artist or apprentice in a tattoo studio may incur a 3% charge deducted from the refund to cover transaction and refund fees charged to us by the payment processor.

 

 

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed before the below times Monday to Friday will dispatch from our warehouse that same day.

Australia Post: 3pm AEST/AEDT

DHL Express: 2pm AEST/AEDT

Local Delivery: 12:30pm AEST/AEDT (Melbourne Only)

 

 

MELBOURNE SAME DAY DELIVERY

Minimum Cart Value for Melbourne Same Day Delivery = $200 exGST

Order before 12:30pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery, within in 2 to 5 hours from 10am.

Orders placed on weekends/public holidays/after 12:30pm for local delivery will arrive the following business day within 2 to 5 hours  from 10am.
